Schedule: Day near the 4th of July

The fourth of July celebration of Jonesville is set in the Bowl Park with all kinds of old-timey and modern games. There is a train ride, climbing on a rock wall, lots of church groups vending food and crafts, musical groups throughout the day, and even a greased pig that someone needs to catch. The day starts with a parade and ends with a classic display of fireworks. Check the website or call ahead for the specific event date, as it varies from year to year.

Directions: From I-81 take Exit 57B (in Tennessee) for US 23 North and follow this for 33 miles. Turn left on US-421 / US-58 / DANIEL BOONE HERITAGE HWY and follow this for 20 miles into Jonesville. When Rt. 58 intersects Main St., go straight onto Park St. Go up the hill and look for the park.
