This festival is hosted on private property by the landowner, who invites the community to come and celebrate the fall season with pumpkins , hay rides, old-time foodways, and live music--bluegrass, country, and gospel. Visitors are welcome at this lovely and intimate family festival.

Directions: From I-77 take Exit 1 (in West Virginia) for US-52 North and follow this for 2 miles, turning onto Rt. 460 East. Follow Rt. 460 East for 1 mile and turn left onto Hwy. 19. Follow this for 4 miles and turn right on US 52. After 4 miles turn left onto CR-52 / 6 / NEMOURS RD. Follow this for 3 miles, and turn right on State Rd. 102. Follow this for 3.5 miles and enter Pocahontas. Turn right on West Water Street, which becomes Boissevain Road. From the Pocahontas Exhibition Mine go straight on Peel Chestnut Mountain. At the top of the hill, go left on Haga Rd. Synan's house is on the right.
