Schedule: Weekend before Groundhog Day

Have you ever eaten breakfast to an old-time string band's serenade? You can and at the same time help support the volunteer efforts of the Museum of the Middle Appalachians in Saltville. This is a family-oriented community gathering with fun door prizes and a wholesome, hearty meal. Make sure you visit the museum while you are in town.

Directions: From I-81 take Exit 35 for Hwy. 107. Follow this north through Chilhowie and for 7-8 miles until you reach Saltville. As you enter Saltville, turn left on McKee St. and then left again on 1st St. Turn right on Shaker Ln. and then left onto Panther Ln. The high school should be visible. The museum is within walking distance.
