Schedule: First Saturday in June, Friday-Sunday

On the first Saturday in June, the town of St. Paul comes alive with the flavors of the region during Clinch River Days. Located along the scenic Clinch River, St. Paul shows off its uniqueness, blending river and railroad lore, history, art, photography, carnival rides, games, symphonic music, bluegrass, samplings from local vineyards, and regional Appalachian cuisine. Most of all, Clinch River Days celebrates a scenic river that is home to rare and endangered fresh water mussels, more varieties of fish than any river in Virginia, and miles of free-flowing canoeing. Saturday night includes a beach party, and Sunday highlights gospel music.

Directions: From I-81 at Abingdon, follow Rt. 19 north to Hansonville and take Rt. 58-A west to St. Paul. Turn right off of Rt. 58 onto Rt. 270 N. Then turn right onto Riverside Drive and follow to the park.
